Cullen Dickey is a licensed commercial real estate agent with more than eight years experience developing and executing real estate strategies for a diversity of clients.
Cullen’s responsibilities at David Little Real Estate include: tenant and landlord representation as well as raw land sales and acquisition. Cullen is an expert in the site selection process. He understands the importance of a first-rate location – whether leasing space or acquiring land. From start to finish, Cullen has the knowledge to work through complex real estate projects. Beginning with initial planning, due diligence, entitlements, lease and contract negotiations, through closing the deal, Cullen knows how to get the job done.
In addition to his brokerage business, Cullen oversees the site selection process for his family business, Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants. Founded in 1941, Dickey’s Barbecue is a national restaurant brand with franchised locations throughout the country. Further, Cullen is involved with regional politics and is an active supporter of his mother’s (Dallas County Commissioner Maurine Dickey) efforts in Dallas County.
Cullen is a Dallas native who graduated from Southern Methodist University. He grew up working in the restaurant business and continued this for several years after SMU. His background includes restaurant management and site selection for new restaurant locations. Cullen specialized in the real estate side of the business when he entered the brokerage industry in 2002. He spent two years with Falcon Realty Advisors, a Dallas- based development and brokerage company. In 2004, Cullen joined David Little Real Estate.
Real estate in Dallas-Fort Worth is a relationship business. Cullen has key relationships with landlords, developers, business owners, vendors, and within the real estate brokerage community.
