Cullen Dickey
Cullen Dickey is a Dallas native and an associate with David Little Real Estate, with over five years of experience as a licensed commercial real estate specialist.
Cullen's responsibilities at David Little Real Estate include landlord representation, tenant representation, and raw land sales and acquisition. Additionally, Cullen oversees the site selection process for his family business, Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants. Founded in 1941, Dickey's Barbecue is a national restaurant brand with franchised locations throughout the country. Further, Cullen is a major supporter of his mother's (Dallas County Commissioner Maurine Dickey) campaign and civic efforts in Dallas County.
Cullen graduated from Southern Methodist University. He grew up working in the restaurant business and continued this for several years after SMU. His background includes store operations and site selection for new locations. Cullen's focal point within Dickey's Barbecue became the real estate side of the business and he entered the brokerage industry in 2002. Cullen spent two years with Falcon Realty Advisors, a Dallas-based development and brokerage company. He joined David Little Real Estate in 2004.
